Jacqui has been a group fitness instructor since 2008, with numerous certifications across cardio, strength, music-led movement, barre, and body conditioning.
Her classes are intentionally structured, but never intimidating. The goal is to help people feel stronger, move with better control, and enjoy fitness without pressure or comparison.
