MY STORY

A class environment where every body has a place.

Jacqui has been a group fitness instructor since 2008, with numerous certifications across cardio, strength, music-led movement, barre, and body conditioning.

Her classes are intentionally structured, but never intimidating. The goal is to help people feel stronger, move with better control, and enjoy fitness without pressure or comparison.

Inclusive

Modifications are built in so beginners, experienced movers, and returning exercisers can all participate.

Results-focused

Cardio, strength, core, and stretching are balanced for real, practical movement improvements.

Group Fitness Certification
